How do I place my first order online?
Browse the site or use the search tool in the top right hand corner to find what you’re looking for. Once you have located the item you want to buy, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button and follow the steps. First, you will have to create an account with Toys”R”Us so we remember your information for next time.
Shop Online in 4 easy steps:
- Log in or create an account: Either log in using your account and password or create an account using your email address.
- Give your details: if you don’t already have an account we will need your email address, phone number and delivery details. Don’t forget you can supply different billing and shipping addresses. Your account will store this information to make the process quicker next time.
- Payment: This step will require you to enter your preferred payment method. Either via credit card or PayPal.
- Order Confirmation: Once your payment has been confirmed you will be directed to a page with your order confirmation number and order summary. This information will also be emailed to you so you have a copy. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email notifying you of this. This email will also contain a tracking number and link that you can click on to see the status of your order.
Will I get a tax invoice?
Your order summary and invoice will be emailed to you.
