If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, you are able to return the order to your local Toys R Us store, with a copy of your tax invoice from your confirmation email. Here, staff will be able to assist you with obtaining an exchange or refund. As orders processed using Afterpay cannot be refunded in store, please contact our Customer Service Team directly to discuss your options.
