How do I setup a Baby Registry?
Once you’ve setup an online Toys”R”Us account, you can create a Baby Registry using our simple online registry creation form where you’ll be adding products to your registry in no time.
How do I add items to my Baby Registry?
You can easily add items to your Baby Registry by logging into your online Toys"R"Us or Babies"R"Us account. Then simply search or browse from our wide range of online products. Once you’ve found your desired product, click on the "Add to Baby Registry" button, where the product will be automatically added to your registry.
Alternatively, you can visit any of our stores and scan the product barcode using your mobile phone on our site. Once the product page appears, click on the "Add to Baby Registry" button. How do I add an item to a specific registry if I have set up multiple registries?
If your account holds more than one registry, when you add an item to your registry, a drop down notification will prompt you to choose the registry you would like to add the item to.
How do I remove items from my Baby Registry?
You can remove unpurchased items off your Baby Registry using the "Edit registry" tool when accessing/managing your baby registry. By simply clicking on the trash icon next to the item you want to remove, a notification message will ask you to confirm whether or not you want to remove the desired product. Once confirmed, the product will be removed from your registry.
Please note, for purchased or partially purchased items, these items cannot be removed from the registry.
What is a co registrant?
A co -registrant is a secondary person who will have full access to your baby registry. Friends and family will be able to contact the co-registrant in relation to Baby Registry.
What is a registry avatar?
A registry avatar found in the Create Registry form is simply an image used as an identifier for your registry.
Do I have to be a Toys”R”Us Online Account Holder to Setup a baby Registry?
Yes, you will need to hold a Toys”R”Us online account to set up a registry.
Can I setup a Registry Notification Email System?
When creating a registry, you can nominate to have email notifications setup so that when an item is purchased, an email is sent out to the registry holder notifying them that an item has been purchased on their registry.
Alternatively, you can also set up a weekly update email feed so that the registry holder can receive a weekly email giving them an update of the inventory/purchases of the items on the registry
How do I find a family or friend’s Registry?
Using our registry search functionality, you can search for a family or friend’s registry where you can browse through their nominated list of products.
How do I purchase from a registry online?
To purchase gifts off a Baby Registry online is easy and convenient with Toys”R”Us Australia, anywhere and anytime! Once you have located the item you want to buy, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button and follow the steps. First, you will have to create an account with Toys”R”Us so we remember your information for next time.

- Payment: This step will require you to enter your preferred payment method. Either via credit card or PayPal.
- Order Confirmation: Once your payment has been confirmed you will be directed to a page with your order confirmation number and order summary. This information will also be emailed to you so you have a copy. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email notifying you of this. This email will also contain a tracking number and link that you can click on to see the status of your order.
Will I receive a tax invoice?

How do I make a registry purchase in store?
When making a purchase for a registry in store, you will be required to quote the registry number and/or barcode with you at the registers and our friendly associate will scan the registry number to have your purchase registered.
How do I return something off my registry?

If you wish to return products from an online order for an exchange or refund, you are welcome to do so by visiting your local Toys R Us store, with a copy of your tax invoice from your confirmation email. When will I receive my bonus points?
You will receive VIP Club loyalty points up to 10% of the total Baby Registry finalisation amount. Please allow up to 60 days for these points to be added to your VIP Club account. These points can be used in store at any Toys”R”Us or Babies”R”Us store in Australia. Points cannot be redeemed online. In order to receive loyalty points, you must be a registered VIP Club member.

How do I share my registry with friends and family?
Once your registry has been created, you have the option to share the registry link using email, Facebook, Twitter and/or Google Plus. Your registry link will be sent to the nominated person/s where they can then view your registry or have access to your registry barcode/number identifier.
How long can my registry stay open?
Your Baby Registry will remain open if an occasion date is not specified. Alternatively, if an occasion date is set, your Registry will be automatically closed within 2 weeks.
